SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Timeframes

Our standard delivery time is 3-21 Japanese business days from the date of shipment. Please note that custom-made or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. A more accurate shipping estimate will be provided on our website when you place your order.

For wheel and rim orders, items will be shipped within 4 business days after payment is received.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Shipping Address

We only ship to the registered address provided during checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before finalizing your order.

Returned Shipments

If an order is returned to Japan due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or because no one was available to collect the delivery, all return freight costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Combined Shipping

We offer combined shipping for multiple items upon request. Please contact us to arrange combined shipping for your orders.
