RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns and Replacements

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. However, we cannot accept returns or replacements for any items unless they arrive damaged or have manufacturing defects.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For damaged or defective items: We will cover the return shipping costs
  • For all other returns: The buyer is responsible for return postage costs

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. Please retain the outer packaging, as it may be required for inspection purposes.

Return Process

Exchanges or returns will only be processed after all items have been returned to our warehouse and passed inspection. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Refund Methods

  • Credit card payments will be refunded to the original credit card account only
  • International bank transfers cannot be refunded to your original account; we will arrange either store credit or a PayPal refund
  • PayPal refunds are returned only to the PayPal account used for the original order and may take up to 7 days to process

Additional Fees

  • Refused shipments: Powerweb US reserves the right to charge shipping & handling costs plus a 30% restocking fee
  • PayPal refunds may be subject to additional processing fees charged by PayPal (typically up to 4% of the transaction value)
